Class provides an easy, safe, and effective way to increase aerobic fitness, endurance, and muscle strength. Simply walking 1 mile in water is similar to walking 2 miles on land and burns up to twice the calories! Class is held in shallow water; participants do not need to be able to swim. Participants must bring their own equipment (water weights) labeled with their name but water weights are not required to participate in the class.
