Masters Swimming

Masters Swimming is an ongoing program designed to help swimmers improve fitness, train for specific goals and offer support for a healthy lifestyle through camaraderie.  

We offer two different training groups: you can choose to join either group (or both) in order to get the most out of your swimming regiment (see below).

  2. Skill & Technique

Speed & Endurance 


Designed to help those who are already knowledgeable with the four swimming strokes and would like improve speed and endurance. A trained coach will create workouts which incorporate drills, speed, endurance, and stroke practice. 

 Day/Time  Mon/Wed/Fri from 5:30-6:30 a.m.
 Location Community Rec Center - CRC 
 Age  18 years and up
 Class  Prerequisites  Be able to comfortably swim the following:
  • 50 yards of butterfly
  • 100 yards of backstroke
  • 100 yards of breaststroke
  • 100 yards of freestyle

US Masters Swimming Fee

All currently registered Masters Swimming participants must also register with USMS each year.  This yearly fee goes to U.S Masters Swimming and can be paid online below:
  1. Use the USMS Registration link
  2. Please enter our club code CTMA.
  3. Print out a copy of your registration and take it to your coach.
