Masters Swimming
Masters Swimming is an ongoing program designed to help swimmers improve fitness, train for specific goals and offer support for a healthy lifestyle through camaraderie.
We offer two different training groups: you can choose to join either group (or both) in order to get the most out of your swimming regiment (see below).

Speed & Endurance
Designed to help those who are already knowledgeable with the four swimming strokes and would like improve speed and endurance. A trained coach will create workouts which incorporate drills, speed, endurance, and stroke practice.

Skill & Technique
This group is designed for those who are familiar with the water and have a basic knowledge of swimming but are looking to improve strokes and technique. A trained coach will create workouts geared toward strengthening each swimmers abilities. This group is great for beginner to intermediate swimmers looking to enjoy their workout without the pressure of having to be perfect or fast.Day/Time | Tues/Thur from 5:30-6:30 a.m. Sat from 6:30-7:30 a.m. |

US Masters Swimming Fee
All currently registered Masters Swimming participants must also register with USMS each year. This yearly fee goes to U.S Masters Swimming and can be paid online below:- Use the USMS Registration link
- Please enter our club code CTMA.
- Print out a copy of your registration and take it to your coach.
