Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. Children under 2 will need a babe’s ticket, which can be obtained at the ticket office before the show.
Is this an all-ages venue?
While most performances at the Old Town Temecula Theater are for all ages, some might have inappropriate content for certain ages. Please check the event information for individual events.
When does the door open for a show?
The doors open 30 minutes before show time.
Can I exchange my tickets?
You may exchange your tickets for another performance, any time before the performance date and time printed on your tickets. Subject to availability. Please note that not all shows are priced the same.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We can exchange your tickets for another performance, or we can offer customer credit that can be redeemed for any future performance. Customer credit requests must be made any time before the performance date and time printed on your ticket.
When can I pick up my WILL CALL tickets?
The box office opens 2 hours before each show, Please be sure to bring a photo ID for ticket pick up.
What seats are wheelchair accessible/ADA?
Wheelchair-accessible seats are located on Row F seats 1,3,5,7 &9 and 2, 4, 6, 8 &10. As well as Box III & VI.
Seating?
Our seating is event & odd, meaning seats go 2,4, 6, or 1, 3, 5, etc.

What happens if I arrive late?
(a) Late seating can be disruptive to the performer and the audience. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the artist and the Old Town Temecula Community Theater staff. Patrons arriving late for a performance may be asked to stand in the hall, or sit in a pre-designated area of the theater until intermission, or until an appropriate break allows seating without disruption to the performance
Does the theater have a Lost and Found?
All recovered items will be held at the lost and found location. Please call the box office at 866-653-8696 to inquire about a lost item.
Is photography allowed during the performance?
Theater policy states that there is no flash photography or video recording during the performance. This is subject to change depending on the performance. An announcement will be made before the show time.
Are food and drinks allowed inside the theater?
Only water is allowed inside the theater.
Where can I park near the venue?
Parking is limited in the areas surrounding the Old Town Temecula Community Theater and can be challenging. We recommend that you arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to find a place to park and the necessary time it will take you to walk to the venue.
