A great way to start your day! This combination deep/shallow water aerobics class will jumpstart your cardiovascular workout, warm up your muscles through resistance training, and finish with morning stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion.
Class is held in shallow and deep water; participants do not need to be able to swim but should be comfortable in the deep water.
*Aqua Combo will not be held at TES Pool because the TES Pool is all shallow. We will have the Shallow Water Aerobics from 8:30-9:30am at the TES location. Please see Shallow Water Aerobics page for more information.
